Over The Edge Knoxville @ Trotter Building
Aug 25 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Would you go Over the Edge for someone you love?

The 4th Annual Over the Edge Knox is an exciting, high adrenaline experience, unlike any other! And this year we are going higher than ever before- rappelling 16 STORIES down the side of the historical Trotter Building in Downtown Knoxville. It’s the most thrilling fundraiser event to ever hit Knoxville, and we want YOU to join us!

Why Over the Edge:

Every day, single mothers selflessly face pressures that would push most of us Over the Edge. Time and time again, they courageously face these challenges head on in order to provide for their children. In response to their strength, bravery and dedication, The Restoration House asks: Are you ready to go Over the Edge for someone you love?

The Restoration House

At its core, The Restoration House (TRH) believes that God intended for us to live in community. Over the past 10 years, The Restoration House have seen single mother families become “rooted” in community as they seek wholeness. Families like Jessica’s, Lydia’s, and Chasity’s, who have experienced tremendous restoration through their time at TRH. You can view their stories to the right.

100% of the funds raised from Over the Edge will go directly to benefit the single-mother families living at The Village.

Luttrell Music Festival featuring Ricochet @ Luttrell City Hall & Park
Sep 8 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

96.7 Merle FM is pleased to welcome Ricochet at the 2018 Luttrell Music Festival!

An exciting event will happen in Luttrell once again this fall. Thanks to organizer Mayme Taylor. The Luttrell Music Festival will return September 8, 2018. Taylor has accomplished quite the feat with her headliner band, Ricochet, as well as acquiring sponsors and donors.

Ricochet will take a brief time out from a busy tour season to perform at the festival. Along with band performances, the festival will host a kid’s music competition, a cruise in, barbeque, food vendors, baked goods and craft vendors.

More info about the festival is available on the City of Luttrell’s Facebook page. For info about the kid’s music competition, call City Hall at 865-992-0870 and leave a message for Mayme or email maymejodys@aol.com.

The 2018 Luttrell Music festival will run from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, September 8. As always, this is a free event. Taylor suggested that all festival attendees bring a chair.
